About Certified Sound Healer Laura Cerrano

Laura’s introduction to the healing arts began at age 12 alongside her mother and Feng Shui master/mentor, Carole Provenzale where they established Feng Shui Manhattan, Inc. in 1997. In 2011, Laura experienced her first Drum Circle which inspired her to attend West African Drum Classes for a few years with Richie Guerriero in NY. Laura became a certified sound healer in 2018 through CATA NYC, training with Katie Down, Peter Blum, Joseph Schmidlin, and Michael Jay. After graduating, Laura began facilitating traditional and interactive sound healing events for public and private venues.

Laura is a Certified Rhythm2Recovery facilitator who provides engaging group rhythmic musical activities to support social and emotional development. She’s also studied with the the International non-profit Music for People® facilitator and leadership program where she has integrated social musical improvisation techniques into her healing drum circles and sound healing events to support the health and well-being of those in attendance. Laura provides sound healing services for private and public gatherings that cater to the everyday public, along with populations navigating Alzheimer’s, dementia, cancer treatment, and caregivers.

This service is great for private home gatherings, public or corporate HR wellness programs. For those with a gathering of 6 people, Laura can accommodate that group size at her office located in the Village of Farmingdale, NY. If you have a larger group or prefer to host the sound healing bath at your home or a specific venue, Laura can travel to your location.

Laura can also travel to your location to provide individual and couples sound healing sessions or group sound healing baths for wellness/health events. Please be advised, additional travel fees apply to cover travel time/expenses and the set up/break-down time of the Sound Healing Bath equipment.
